The Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) administer the gambling legislation, licence gambling activities (except for casino gambling), ensure compliance with legislation and provide public information and education.
As a gaming society Infinity Foundation Ltd is governed by the Gambling Act 2003. This is available from the DIA.
The Department's strategic aim is to:
"Ensure that the gaming sector operates with integrity and that gaming activities are fair and lawful" (Gambling Act 2003:Fact Sheet 6)
